I am happy to say that, so far, the worst has indeed passed.

The past week has been hell on me between the immobilizing levels of pain, the loss of hearing, imbalance, and the slipping in and out of consciousness for hours on end. Needless to say, most of the week was spent in a vegetative state. Fortunately, said rest alongside the vast amounts of medication have indeed resulted in the (very gross) consistent expulsion of the infection from my system. I am still not at 100%, but I am marginally better. Hearing has been restored to, I'd say, about 70% of what it used to be. The throbbing headaches are pretty much gone, and the feeling of blockage has been greatly reduced.

I am comfortable enough to get back to work very very soon. I want to reiterate, I am genuinely sorry for this unforeseen bump in the road. I'll try my best to get back on track and make up for lost time. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and best wishes; seeing you messages and comments genuinely warms this cold dark void of a heart. You guys are the best!
